Word and PDF formats are preferred for articles
Images and photos to be in JPEG or PSD format please with a reasonable resolution (We will contact you if the file/image size is not suitable) Please name each image with what it is and who is featured and dates etc. You are welcome to embed the image into the article as a placement guide but please attach the image as a separate file for us to upload
