2017 ITKD National’s, Auckland 15-16 July

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This year’s ITKD National Tournament was a huge success with great numbers of athletes from all around New Zealand and Australia. Despite the adverse weather which hampered travel plans, everyone seemed in good spirit’s, ready to give their very best.

There were a few nervous faces around as beginners entered their first National tournament, but the more experienced senior belts, coaches, and parents, helped to relieve the nerves and make the National’s an enjoyable experience for all. It was exceptionally well run and we finished ahead of schedule which is amazing.

Results were coming in throughout the day, and by mid morning on the Sunday, the excitement was building as to who was going to win best region and best club etc

Overall, it was a great tournament, with great memories, friendships made, and very few injuries.
